Booking a 4-session package allows us to build gradually and intentionally, helping you experience more lasting benefits such as increased flexibility, deeper relaxation, greater body awareness, and steadier nervous system support over time.

This is a personalized, one-on-one gentle yoga experience designed to support grounding, mobility, stress relief, trauma release, and nervous system regulation in a quiet, intimate setting.

These private sessions offer individualized attention and a more personal level of care, making them especially supportive for beginners, those moving through grief or chronic stress, or anyone who prefers a softer and more nurturing approach to yoga.

With somatic awareness woven into the practice, sessions invite you to slow down, notice the language of your body, and gently respond to what it may be holding through breath, movement, rest, and presence.

Each session is shaped around your body, your pace, and your comfort, so you can feel supported without pressure.

Your nervous system needs safety, not fixing

"The Sacred Sleep Reset was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Although I wasn’t coming from a place of grief, I learned so much from the experience. Each evening offered a beautiful balance of gentle education about the nervous sytem and supportive practices including meditation, affirmations, and grounding techniques, that helped reset and stabilize my nerves in preparation for deep rest." -Majuta Wellness

I appreciated how the program honored the connection between grief, the nervous system, and sleep in such a compassoinate and accessbile way. It created a space that felt both informative and deeply supportive." Jillian

Return to it whenever life asks too much of you.

I highly recommend this experience, not only for people who are grieving, but also for anyone looking to improve the quality of their rest and better understand how to care for their nervous system. By the end of the [program], I felt more rested than I had in a long time - even while navigating a very full schedule."

I know what it means to carry grief in the body.

To move through life feeling tired, tender, overwhelmed, or simply needing somewhere to put it all down.

My work has been shaped by years of study and practice, but it has also been deeply shaped by my own lived experience. I understand the need for spaces where women can slow down, breathe, feel what is present, and care for themselves without pressure to hurry through what they are experiencing.

As a Grief & Healing Practitioner, Somatic Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Meditation Guide, I weave together somatic practices, nervous system education, breath, movement, meditation, and the healing wisdom of my Afro-Caribbean roots.

Through Fruits of Life Yoga, I create body-centered spaces for women moving through grief, stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or simply longing to feel more connected to themselves again.

For me, this work is personal. It is spiritual. And it is grounded in both lived experience and science.

I don't believe healing needs to be rushed or forced. I believe we need space to breathe. Space to soften. Space to listen to what the body has been trying to tell us.

And, little by little, space to come home to ourselves.

Yoga, intuitive, embodied, somatic movement, breathwork and ancient African wisdom for women seeking a more embodied way to move, heal and live.
